Rich Tiu, CEO
Rich leads all aspects of strategy and execution at IronRidge and brings a strong focus on streamlining business processes while focusing on the customer experience. Prior to IronRidge, Rich held executive roles across a range of companies and industries, including Soligent, Tellabs, Turin Networks (now part of Dell), Agilent (formerly part of HP), and Stryker. Rich holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento and a MBA from University of Phoenix.
Jim Clark, CFO
Jim ensures that our team, board of directors and investors share a consistent, credible view of our operations, resources, scalability, outlook and strategy. Jim’s team is responsible for Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, IT and Facilities Management. Prior to IronRidge, Jim has been a CFO for over 25 years with rapidly growing companies, public and private, in high tech hardware, software and SaaS. Jim led the successful IPO of Netopia, an internet router company, as well as several rounds of investment and M&A at companies like Critical Path, Definitive Partners, Diversified Healthcare, StellarNet and Integral Systems. Jim also worked with diverse early-stage companies and complex projects as a CFO Consultant at Kranz & Associates where he achieved recognition as one of the Bay Area’s Top 10 CFO Consultants. Jim is a CPA and holds a BS degree in accounting from California State University Chico.
Sean McDonald, VP Distribution Sales
Sean is responsible for creating long-lasting, effective partnerships with solar distributors and dealers across the country. His team supports a national network of authorized distributors, which provides comprehensive financial and logistical services to thousands of solar dealers. Prior to IronRidge, Sean held multiple engineering and marketing positions at Delphi Automotive, a global supplier of vehicle technology. Sean holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Michael Kearney, VP Strategic Sales
Michael is responsible for key strategic customers served via our existing distribution network. Michael and his team lead efforts to continually understand and improve the customer experience of IronRidge’s leading solar installers. He is also simultaneously helping to identify and support the next group of best in class solar companies. Michael holds a BA in English from Fordham University and a MBA from the University of San Francisco.
