William Kim, CEO
William guides all aspects of strategy and execution at IronRidge. Throughout his career, he has grown early stage companies into market leaders through an intense focus on product strategy and customer experience. Previously, William was VP of Products at InQuira (now part of Oracle), a leading provider of search and knowledge management software, and prior to that, he was responsible for global operations and delivery at Scient, an internet consulting company. William also held leadership positions at Vivant! and Cambridge Technology Partners. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Music from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Edward Sieh, COO
Ed oversees both day-to-day operations and long-term planning at IronRidge. His organization manages all mission-critical processes at the company, as well as the systems connecting them. Prior to IronRidge, he held multiple executive roles at InQuira (now part of Oracle), including VP of Finance and Operations, VP of Professional Services, and VP of Engineering. Ed was also the VP, SBU Operations at Cambridge Technology Partners and VP and GM at JYACC (now Prolifics, Inc.), where he was responsible for its US Western Region Operations. Ed holds a MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Management Science and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

David F. Taggart, VP, Products
Dave leads the conceptualization and development of innovative, high- reliability mounting products at IronRidge. His team’s responsibilities include Product Management, Design and Engineering, Test and Certification, and Product Performance. Prior to IronRidge, he oversaw product development at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works, Hypercar, PowerLight, OptiSolar, and Belectric North America. Dave’s vision has resulted in many patents in the aerospace, automotive and solar industries. Dave holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a MS in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Rich Tiu, VP, Supply Chain
Rich ensures the on-time, cost-optimized delivery of high-quality products from a global, multi-tier supply chain. His team manages Supply Operations, Systems, Strategic Sourcing, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance, and Order Fulfillment. Rich has more than two decades of experience building and transforming supply chains across multiple industries, at companies such as Soligent, Tellabs, Turin Networks (now part of Dell), Agilent (now part of HP), and Stryker.  Rich holds a BA in Business Administration from Sacramento State University and a MBA from University of Phoenix.

Sean McDonald, VP Sales
Sean is responsible for creating long-lasting, effective partnerships with solar distributors and dealers across the country. His team supports a national network of authorized distributors, which provides comprehensive financial and logistical services to thousands of solar dealers. Prior to IronRidge, Sean held multiple engineering and marketing positions at Delphi Automotive, a global supplier of vehicle technology. Sean holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.

David Briggs, VP Marketing
David focuses on building a brand and a story for IronRidge that resonates with solar installers. His team encompasses Product Marketing, Creative Services and Marketing Operations, and is responsible for all aspects of customer research, content creation, and campaign execution. Prior to IronRidge, David managed customer awareness, sales enablement and marketing automation programs for Enphase Energy, the global leader in solar microinverters. David holds a BS in Environmental Sciences and a BA in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley.

Dave Gutierrez, Controller
David directs the efficient and accurate management of IronRidge’s financial resources. His team is responsible for Financial Planning, Accounting, and Facilities Management. Prior to IronRidge, he was corporate controller at SS8 Networks, a leading provider of communication insight solutions. He also served as finance director at LifeSparc, a provider of automotive safety solutions, and held multiple director and management positions at Edify Corporation and KLA. He hold a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Michael Kearney, Director, Commercial Sales
Michael leads the development and delivery of IronRidge’s commercial sales and service offerings. His team provides product, design, and engineering solutions for a wide variety of roof and ground based projects. Prior to leading Commercial Sales, Michael set up IronRidge’s distributor network on the East Coast and internationally. Before IronRidge, he served as VP of Sales at Sunlight Electric and in multiple Sales and Marketing roles at what is now InBev USA. Michael holds a BA in English from Fordham University and a MBA from the University of San Francisco.
